Who it's for

Trauma Coaching Intensives

Intensives are for individuals who are interested in digging deeper or jumpstarting the trauma resolution process. Each intensive is created with the individual client in mind and offers a body-based approach that aids in the trauma resolution and recovery process.

Individuals need to be working with an individual therapist, coach, or other professional support to continue the work that was engaged in during the day long intensive. If you do not have an individual practitioner that you work with, you can be referred to a practitioner at the Center for Trauma Resolution and Recovery.

How it works.

Trauma Coaching Intensives

Prior to signing up for a day-long intensives, individuals must complete an intensive inquiry call to assess if this would be a good fit for them. Upon completion of the call, they will discuss a plan moving forward.

All day-long intensives happen online, on the video platform Zoom. Intensives are from 9:00am - 3:00pmCST which includes a 60-minute lunch break and a break in the morning and afternoon. If the individual chooses, Laura can provide them with a summary of what occurred during the intensive so they can share it with their practitioner.
